alright guys. i have had the extended nights since it was $14 bucks. recently price was raised to 8.99 single and 16.99 family.
i have 2 lines on my bill i did see a small increase so i kept it moving and paid the bill.
well this morning i had to add the 4.99 ptt to my line to demo it to a business i am dealing with. i noticed on the primary ext nights are being billed at 8.99 and on my line the same thing. ๐Ÿคจ ๐Ÿ˜• ๐Ÿ‘ฟ ๐Ÿ‘ฟ .

i reviewed my bill and it shows me being billed seperatly. in the end its only a dollar or 2 more. and i will change it tomorrow. but i wanna know who changed the features on our accounts (computers, people,etc....) because im gonna be really pissed if some idiot manually changed this. just to jerk me and...

im ganna be really honest with you, the guy who sold you the phone probably gave you n/w seperatly so he can meet his feature quota on both lines, there suppost to do it but if it was a 7 n/w for 2 lines it wouldn't be a problem, except when a problem like a price raise occurs or when your adding a line (if it's charge seperate the added line won't have n/w at 7) it was more than likely the sales rep who ripped you.

no,no,no. i had the 14.00 ext n&w promo. but cingular changed is a month or 2 ago. to 16.99 for shared plans. every since then i have been getting billed for the individual 8.99 ext n&w packages. so whoever or whatever changed the package on my account when the price change occured messed up or is trying to jerk me.

im looking at my css paperwork right now from the date of my activation and it says 14.00 early nights shared on the primary line. so it was correct from the start.

I saw something weirder once. I had a lady who wanted to add a new line to her current plan. Previously she'd had the $14 nights at 7, but now her accout had BOTH features on it. The $14 one, and the $16.99 one. Of course, this is a duplicate soc, so the activation wouldn't process through until that was corrected. Under group features, the $14 extended nights wasn't even showing up as a removable feature. So I removed the $16.99 one, completed the act, and noted her account of what happened. I'm pretty sure she's still getting her nights at 7 for $14.
