they're pretty much the same except the pantech c300 now has a $20 rebate and the samsung c417 has a $50 rebate instead of $30
...
just go to cingular.com and click on rebate next to a phone with a rebate and print it
...
some are but most are not click on the razor rebate its the same form we use.
