Big Samsung Push

We just had our company meeting, and word is that Samsung signed an agreement with Cingular, so that Cingular would heavily promote their products during the fourth quarter.

So get out of the way, Razr. Make way for the C417, among the likes of other Samsung phones. The Motorola lineup will no longer hog the spotlight. Yay!

I don't think it should be about which company Cingular should push, but which phones actually tested highest.

I'm sure Cingular is getting some kind of kickback from Samsung though, so it would make sense financially.

Heh. 🙂

When I worked for Cingular, they were really pushing Motorolas, which was fine with me because I love Motos. But now it's time for a change. I'm going to give Samsung another try. Although I never had a problem with the ones I've used (E317/X427) they didn't have Bluetooth at the time which is a prerequisite for me. But since I'm now on T-Mobile, I'll think I'll get the Trace (T519) and the T619 😁

I love Samsungs, but where's the HSDPA answer to the cu500? Where the sleek stylish phones we're seeing for Tmo and Sprint? I love my cu500, but I'd like to see a couple more options.

Well they've got the w810 now, priced the same as the SLVR.

I think that's very good competition in the music phone market.

Well that's dandy considering I make exactly $2 less off the 417 than I do off the Razr. Why can't they promote a product that actually makes us a profit AND works?
