I'd wager against it. I'm expecting it next month.

Which would also give me a month to sell the 8125s I currently have in inventory.

yea but the 8125 is scheduled to be around at least until after christmas. Our HTC rep said both phones will be available through christmas.

I expect it within the next couple weeks if that long.

Well, nobody said anything about it coming. I'm just think maybe it will because of the warranty info, and other forums on the web that point to an end of oct. release...but im not sure what to believe anymore...

Actually it is very beleiveable. It will be a little more than $100 more before rebates and the rebate will be $50 not $100. We're talking about a $150 price premium here after rebates!

It's not gonna be that high, and it's not coming out this week. It's scheduled for this quarter though.

I think it'll be around 450. Since the 8125 will be available through christmas they'll keep the 8525 higher.

I heard 449 with a 50$ mail in making it 399 with a 2 year. That seems pretty fair to me.

the only difference between it and the 8125 is the faster processor, and the upgraded camera..

the thing is the 8125 was a good phone, the only thing keeping it great was the processor (which the 8525 has significantly improved on)

the 8525 is also UMTS I believe. I dont wanna say any prices though, cus it's all sales. I think the 8125 will still sell just because of the price difference and individual consumer needs.

First orders are to be received in the Memphis warehouse around October 20. This will make for an early November launch.
