Time to increase data arpu!!! There is only one problem with Video Sharing, there is not really a market for it.

i think with marketing it could be successful. if the ads get funnier and its promoted right data arpu will be sky high.

Haha. Yea, that is true, but just trends are indicating that there is no real market for this video sharing type of device. It could, but nothing is giving legs to support those devices.

Sure there's a market for it. It's called youtube. People will be sending each other this random crap to all of their friends in no time.

All cell phones don't support it, but once they do it's gonna be youtube on your cell. The ultimate time and bandwidth killer... hooray for data rpu!

I hope Cingular can give you more pleasant surprises after the at&t stuff is all done. It sure seems exciting to me.

Perhaps, but I just quite frankly wasn’t too optimistic about the whole deal and plus how long it took to integrate similar technologies into one and then with some problems in some segments, I hope it changes since I have shares in their daddy and wireless will probably be a huge contributor to the top and bottom lines.

The only integration from this new at&t will be in services. Being combined into one company and given that we still have good competition from Verizon will lead to reduced prices on services thanks to collaboration and communication inside this large company that used to be three separate ones.

Your stock is only going to go up.

Oh I know about the combined company will be great especially to condense their networks and to offer bundled services which will be to their benefit. This will also allow them to control Cingular more easily and make better decisions.

I think AT&T will do better than Verizon. (Cept not on the data side- FIOS vs AT&T's data)

They're both using fiber lines so I don't think data service will be too different. On the wireless services part we'll need to bump out more highspeed data, but we're already doing so. Seeing the way all of this goes together really does give me goosebumps. I think it's going to be exciting to see such a time of communication integration.

Well, AT&T will beat out VZW's data side so I do not think there are any worries, but on the wire line side, AT&T has a huge problem with VZ's FIOS. It should be interesting.
