Any Agent get tired of dumb customer servce people
ive been on the phone all day for a 10 business line port and i have been told to call a diff number or told to call about 6-7 times. ive had call times last up to 75 min. i even had a lady tell me she couldnt help me cuz the customer wasnt in the store even tho were on the same damn side. ive been here for 4 years and never had this bad of an experience. just wondering if anyone else had as much problems as me.

Its monday. Customer care is always over run and grumpy on mondays. I try and put it off till tuesday just to avoid this. 😉
