I used to think T-Mobile had the best website of all national carriers. Well, things have changed. I can now say that Cingular's site kicks all other's arse. T-Mobile's still good, but it can't compare to Cingular's new site. I think Sprint's not too bad either. Verizon is so far the ugliest! 😲
What do you phonescoopers think? 😎
...
Verizon's site looks alot better now then it did. Tmobiles site sucks, so does sprints imo.
I like cingulars new site, probably even more then verizon's.
id say Cing, then VZw, then Tmob, then sprint
...
I like T-Mobile's site a lot
I also like Cingular's new site...
I dont really like Verizons's site all that much and I have Verizon... 😕
...
Cingulars needs to ditch the huge CINGULAR HAS THE FEWEST DROPPED CALLS OF ANY NETWORK banner that is the focal point of the homepage.
...
why? not only it is a true statement, but it seems to working very well. we are getting all those frustrated sprint/nextel/tmobile customers from all other carriers out there that have inferior networks than ours.
...
Actually T-Mobile claims the least dropped calls too based on a different survey.
Perhaps this dropped calls thing isn't a carrier issue. It's a GSM vs. CDMA issue
***begin flame war here***
...
***adding more fuel to the fire*** 😈
Everybody knows that GSM is better! 🙄
...
Just an interesting fact to know:
T-Mobile's claim is based off a MUCH smaller drive testing study than Cingular's.
...
verizon needs to ditch the "can you hear me now" guy and "we never stop working for you" 😲
...
"We never stop working for you," is actually Verizon Corp.'s slogan, not Verizon Wireless.
Think "the nation's best and most reliable network." Blah. 😛
...
Yet VZW still uses it. Though with things I've heard..it makes me wonder if they even live by that slogan.
Just this week Verizon DSL stopped working for two customers. And the GetConnected site doesn't show any VZDSL service to that entire neighborhood. Yet last year VZDSL was the only company with DSL there.
Not to mention the ppl who relied on VZW's AMPS 850 that no longer get coverage cuz thats offline and sold. (ie. Central Montana)
...
Cingular's new site is so, so, so much better than the previous design. Besides that the previous design hadn't really been updated since before the damn merger ... the new design has a much better flow to it.
And after being out of the wireless business for a year and a half ... here I am, back to work with Cingular next week and back to Phonescoop ... at least I won't be in the retail stores!
