Sim Applications

I was tooling around with the new V365 and noticed under tools it has an icon labeled Sim Applications. Does any one know what this is or is capable of? Also what is Fixed Dial and Service Dial? Are these going to be common place on Moto phones in the future? The V365 is a nice looking phone that should do well for the guys looking for a slightly larger device.

Fixed Dial is a parents answer to unruly children.

FDN (or fixed dial) restricts the numbers a phone can call to a maximum of 25. To call someone off of the list you need to know the PIN2, which by default is set at 2222 until you change it to something else.

My v551 and SLVR had this feature too. But when I tried to go into it, it would say something like 'not allowed' or some bs like that
