Even on an Upgrade that's a tier 4 so he wont lose money. Even on a tier 1 upgrade with a media max plan he wouldn't lose money.

We'd make a little. On the RAZR I would not do it, but the SYNC and CU500 I would. It is only an extra $50. The RAZR would be an extra $80, not worth it to me at that point.

Shew i wouldnt wanna sell the RAZR for free i hate selling customers that phone, but give the public what it wants!

not to be a smart-ass but you have not been a cingular customer for 10 years as we were not in biz then . You may have been a customer of a company that we bought . Regardless of tenure you still have to follow the upgrade outlines which depends on your market .

There is a tool we use for existing customers, although not everyone is listed on it.

I've seen customers get phones such as the RAZR, and the 6102i for free with this tool.
