one thing i just realized
DUH! i dont know why i didnt think of this before, but with the past conversations about what will happen to ATTW sales people after the buyout, they will still work for ATTW!. ATTW (the name) will be selling Sprint service under the same ATTW name, so the only difference for ATTW sales people is that they will be selling different phones using a different technology. Their stores will not go away or be converted to Cingular stores.

Not true.
Cingular bought EVERYTHING having to do with ATTWS except the name. That will revert back to AT&T Corp. after 6 months.
Once AT&T begins its VMNO with Sprint, they will have to build out locations, or work with indirects like Wal-Mart, CC, etc.
