I have to add that only includes pics sent through email though. If you're sending it as an MMS, it counts as a message.
You can also get the PDA Max plan in some markets which is $49.99 and adds on 1000 texts.

So I'm confused, your saying it's your normal contract price say $49.99 and that gets you normal phone stuff, and then add on of 39.99 or 49.99 which gets you unlimited web with your PDA as well as unlimited email and ability to send pics through email?

The 8525 is $399.99 on a 2 year contract after rebates in most markets.
The PDA connect is $39.99 a month for unlimited internet. You can send email with this.
If you wanted to send a photo text (MMS) it's not included and would cost you $0.25 per message. The is a PDA Max plan which includes 1000 messages (text or photo) and the Unlimited PDA connect for $49.99 a month.

Aghh, so I would either pay 39.99 and can send unlimited number of emails and web usage plus wifi, which means I could attach unlimited pics and send via email for free, right?
Or $49 and have same thing plus 1000 txt/pic for MMS?
