Which one, Samsung p107 or e317?

I'm ready to sign up for new service at Cingular, but there phone choices are limited in Wisconsin. Should I go with the Samsung P107 on sale for $79.00 or wait for the new e317 or other Motorola's coming out in August and September?

i had the p107 for like 2 days... not impressed at all, and went back to my v400
