Most people that have the Blackjack have only PDA connect. What most people don't know is you also have to be on a Media Max plan to have access to Cingular Video. Kinda sucks having to have two plans for basically the same thing, but it is what it is.
There is supposed to be something in the works so you don't have to have both packages, but it's probably a few months away at best.

Not correct.. You do not need both packages. recheck CSP or Cingular U.
As far as the issue with CV, I would agree and mentioned it a couple weeks ago. The 3G is not nearly a good as on a SYNC or LG. Not just CV, but browsing in general.

Yea we had one come in today with that problem. The cust had PDA connect instead of PDA Max. It got busy so I couldn't check with the other rep to see if it worked though.......
