Does Cingular Match offers?
Hey I am a 10yr plus customer with cingular. I received a "realtor" offer from Sprint today as follows:
Treo 700 for $199 2yrs unlimited data access, pick a plan, 5% off rates, 10% data (after two years) with new 2 year agreement.
If my math is correct, that would save me $500 to $600 over the next two years.
Seems Like the deal that gets me to take the plung.

Yeah they can. Data wise which is what a treo is mostly for! Voice they are pretty equal as they both have the same amount which includes both their roaming partners!

What about using voice and data simulatneously? From my trainings I was under the impression that if you use a lot of voice and data cingular is the way to go because you can use both at the same time. If you are on CDMA browsing the web and you get a phone call(if you get it at all) the connection is lost and you have to start over on the connection.

I am sorry. I don't follow Sprint's happenings to know whether they have a EVDO Rev A out or not. But my point is (I guess) that once that EVDO Rev A device is out, they will be able to do voice and data at the same time.

what area is that. ANd I always say it depends on were you live what you want on which company to go with!

when was the last time you tried them their. When I look at the map there is alot of orange which means the area has been upgraded to EVDO.
