Sales Reps with their own phones/plans
Any Cingular reps out there that don't use their COU/ERP lines as their personal lines, and have their own monthly plan that they pay for every month?
It seems like a huge waste of money...but I was considering doing it because I just graduated college and I am trying to dip my feet into the job market and I am going to need my cell and I want something I have more control over.
Any opinions on this?

I kept mine on my own plan because I worked for a different agent and when I left it was a huge hassel trying to get the line out of the dealer plan. So this time I am leaving it the way it is. 🙂

if you can afford it go for it. it keeps personal stuff outside of work in any case and you can always leave the demo at home if you want a night away from the shop

I've had a personal line since 1998. I've worked for Cingular since 2003 and got a COU. I keep mine because college buddies have that number and if I ever leave Cingular, I'll still have a cell with the same number I've always had.

I don't have an employee account anymore? I got rid of it due to Cingular's poor handling of my employee accounts. It was such a hassle to get any assitance. I would rather have a retail account.
