I think that goes for all companies. They could care less how they are rated. The only rating that matters is customers and that comes from number of subscribers and churn. It both are good your doing something right!

I really liked the part where they pointed out how CR's own margin of error makes the whole survey irrelevant.

It is the same thing as JD Powers (or whomever did it) ranking Quest's network to be of higher quality than Sprint's network even though they are one in the same.
