Text messaging increase
Here's an idea everybody, instead of arguing on this forum with hardcore Cingy employees about the lawyerly terms in the TOS relating to cancelation due to rate increases why not just exercise your right to arbitration? Cingy's new policy says this will be done at Cingular's expense and the consumer doesn't have to pay unless it was a frivolus claim. This would in no way be frivolus since the TOS says you cancel if the cost of any feature you are subscribed to has a rate increse. The point of arbitration would be what constitutes a "subscription". I'd say if the pay per use feature is on your account you are subscribed but who knows except the lawyers.
