Question about corporate discounts

When I signed up for cingular 2 years ago, I was able to sign up on a 1 year contract, get the phone for the 2 year price or half off the retail whichever was cheaper, and no activation, and 18% off my bill each month.

I am curious if that is still how it works. I was able to get this because of where i work. I just had to provide a paystub. A friend at work is considering this but i didnt know if cingular still did it.

You'll probably have to send him through the corporate website to order the equipment too.

Agent stores can never do them. Corporate stores used to be able to, but things may by different. We're always told to refer them to the BMG website and not to a corporate store.

You should visit a store and ask this question. The terms of discounts for companies changes every so often, so they'd have to look up the FAN number to see the current terms.
