yah, this is old news, the phone was announced on sept 26th along with the N75.

the retail price of the N95 is $700

I know that. What I dint know was that it was already available (commercial) Last I heard it was not going to be until Q2 2007... Is Cingular testing this thing?

That is the coolest phone ever. I know Cingular will not pick it up but will it be quad band? Nokia seems to be constantly raising the bar while everyone else is stuck on slim phones.
