3G phones don't buzz!
I think this is great! I guess the fact that UMTS took the essence of (gasp) CDMA reflects by not interfering with speakers and stuff...

yea becuase there not locked on the 850 band most of the time if ur in a 3g area. the 850 band causes the interference in speakers i beleive

Nah, I think is the UMTS frequency period. I've been in 1900 markets only and my phone would still make my stereo buzz (not as much) but still. Now, my bf's 3G phone won't buzz AT ALL! 😳 I think this is a good selling point 😉

UMTS runs off of 850/1900.... so I dont understand what you're talking about... 😕

I think she is referring to the fact the UMTS (WCDMA) doesn't make that buzzing sound cus UMTS took some of the elements of CDMA... Did you know that CDMA phones don't buzz?

that is relief, that buzz annoys the h*ll outta me when im listening to music in my headphones and i cant put the phone nxt to the tv lol.
