You betcha! You just call up to customer service and tell them you want to cancel. That's all it takes. They'll terminate the service and send you your final bill with your last months service and ETFs if you're still under contract.

Not that I'm a cingy fan or anything, but I have a question. Since when is this or any other forum, not set up by or run by any carriers, an appropriate place to get sensitive or carrier specific info or responses? Since when can anyone on here do anything about most of the problems barked about? For those of us in the industry, we can't do anything unless you either call us or come into our store.
And for my last question;
When does giving random people, who may or may not be part of the company you want to yell at, grief get you what you want, or have any other positive result?
Just wondering.

I'm all for freedom of speech. Speak on brother! I just wonder what the purpose of speech is if the only things we speak about are things that no one we are speaking to can do anything about? When does freedom of speech become just whining and b!tching. Just what exactly did you think you would get from doing it? I just don't get it, that's all.
