So are any stores actually participating in the LG CU500 bogo offer that aren't corporate stores?
Does corporate even realize that you'd have to upgrade a line as a tier 5 rate plan just to make $5 off of it at that price? This just might be the most retarded thing I've heard their marketing department come up with all year.

I would concure on the stupidity of this promo. I am not actively participating in this and have has zero requests for it.
On ups there is no way for me to do it, even if both lines add some type of media max package. Tier 5 and tier 1 or whatever the combo we are set to lose money.
I figure LG or Cingular would offer some type of spiff to make up the commission loss. I am sure corporate Cingular is getting $$ on the back-end.
What a way to continue to drive a wedge and anamosity between sales channels.
Same goes for the free data card after rebate. Who the hell wants to give $180 of subsidy? Unless I put the customer on the older $79.99 unlimited data, I too will pass on this one. ****, I thought they were crazy offeri...
