On a regular basis now, Cingular, through its computers or its store staff, have changed our plans, without our knowledge, or permission, to take us off of grandfathered plans. Since their corporate office denies their knowledge, they always re-rate our bill, then change them back. We are a family with 20 phone numbers in their system. We monitor our bills but wonder if others have found this. This past week, Cingular has changed three out of five of our oldest plans. We have decided it is time to file suit.
