I was looking today and saw that treo 750 is due to launch next week and the price for the phone no commit is $699.99, 1year contract $599.99 and 2year contract $499.99...i'm glad that they finally got rid of the treo650 cuz i was tired of taking calls about how sorry the phone was...guess good news to all the treo lovers out there...oh yeah its 3g capable as well 😉

That is an ridiculous price for that phone!! I can't imagine too many consumers are going to be running to buy a phone that it $700 retail.

there are some treo heads out there that will do it. not me. i'm much happier with 8525 with HSDPA now, not later in an upgrade and bluetooth 2.0! 🙂

If people spend that much on drugs, alcohol & porn, among other things, then they'll blow $700 plus on a phone. It's a Treo; it's worth it.

I still like treos. It's good to know that HTC participated in them. I miss my HTC phone.

Well compared to the 8525, any phone sucks. I wish to goodness that Verizon can make something like that.

Let's hope so. Phones never have the MBs that they claim to. Thx for the info. I may have to get that phone in addition to the phones I currently have. Who says that you can't have more than 1 phone?

I used to use Cingular. I had a ROKR & a 6682. A store pissed me off & I went for Verizon. Isn't it true that CIngular won't insure Smartphones?

At&t was better. At least that's what 1/2 of the callers that call in tell me. I work in CIngular WSC.

well, then you know that the new at&t has nothing to do with the at&t that cingular bought. the new at&t is formally SBC, who already owned 60% of cingular.
