How come none of these phones are being pimped by Cingular?

Because Motorola is overpriced garbage already, and it makes much more sense to contribute your money directly to the RED campaign directly than to have $15 of a phone purchase go towards it.

If you carry the phone, why not carry the color? Who cares if you think the phone is overprice or not good enough. If someone wants a RED phone they should get it. It was silly, IMO, for them not to OPT IN to the program. It's for a good cause...

HOnestly, your answer isn't really good enough...

I don't carry the RAZRs. I do carry the V3r and V3i. My answer probably isn't good enough, true, but it is silly to contribute $15 of a phone purchase. It's just a way for consumers to feel good about themselves without really doing anything.

You're spending $100 on a phone of which 15% goes to a charity. You could just give $50 directly to the charity, save some money, and do more good.

Plus..its about awareness...besides, we give to tons of causes already DIRECTLY. How much of your allowance goes to charity?
