That depends on what you want. Do you want a windows based device with a full organizer? Do you need email access on your phone? Do you want a high resolution camera? Do you want sterio bluetooth? Do you want high speed data access? How much does size matter? Do you want your mp3 player to also play AAC format?

Without knowing all of these things there's no way to tell you what would be best for you. You can also look at this:

i dont really like big phones, i had a nokia e 62 and i returned it, it was too big, and it lagged, i saw the samsung a707 its nice but i dont know much about them.the 3125 also looks nice but i dont know how good cingular made phones are, and motorolas i had bad experiences with the razr,i dont go on the internet too much , i would like a good cam good video, good organizer, good reception and battery life.

the 3125 is built by htc. that's your best choice out of those three. you can't go wrong with htc.

the was not in all markets for the phaseout. it's not in the NC/SC market. HTC is the largest manufactuer of windows mobile phones in the world. the cingular 8525, 2125, 3125, are all rebranded phone from HTC. very good quailty. the sell windows mobile handsets to all major and a few minor us carrier. 🙂

i do like the using 3g better for the data purposes. i do a lot of emails and internet browsing on my handst as well as connecting to my vpn with the data card. 3g phone choices are very limited right now. we really don't have any non-qwerty phones that are 3g worth buying right now. i would really wait for nokia or sony ericsson to launch some UMTS/HSDPA phones to upgrade if you want a standard phone. if you don't mind the qwerty keyboard, get the samsung i607(blackjack).

it does drain quickly, that's why they back 2 in the box! 🤣 the n75 has been in testing for a while now. it's not HSDPA either. nokia has had some serious problems with all the 3g phone they've sent cingular. the 6282, n80, and now the n75! it's been delayed again. don't really know what the problem is, but nokia needs to get their act together. nokia used to be a GSM stable, now we haven't had anything hot and new since the 6682. not counting PDAs(e62&9300)

so if you can recommend me a phone which one would you recommend? can you list a couple the first one being the best of them...thanks
...
Bigbmc26

Jan 6, 2007, 12:17 AM
i would recommend the sony w810 but you seem to like flip phones from the first choices you through out there. if we ever get it, i would say the n75 would probably your best choice. after that try the the 3125 if you can live without 3g, then the a707, then the cu500 at the bottom of the list.

some will tell you you that you will get better voice quality with 3g over 2g. i haven't noticed a difference. the main you get with your 3g service is voice and data simultaneously, which means you can be on the phone and the internet at the same time. plus your speeds average 400-700kbs.

did you actually recieve a rebate back in the mail? that's when it come into question, not when you buy the phone. the rep will give the rebate, but you won't get it back when they check the account and see it's not there.

i meant video sharing, let me ask you if you buy a phone and return it before the 30 days can you get something else and have another 30 days to return it?
...
Bigbmc26

Jan 6, 2007, 1:08 AM
only twice after that you're not allowed to do another return. you're stuck with the device. that's way it is on the books, but sometimes reps don't follow the books.

Jan 6, 2007, 1:14 AM
you mean i can have a phone for 29 days return it then a few days later go get another and return it , then get another phone and that would be it......i had one more question, if you dont mind, i got my moms a phone on my family plan she lives in a different city her phone is still under 30 day period, she doesnt like the phone she wants to return it and get something else, the only problem , is i already sent in the rebate with the imei number from the side of the box, will they exchange the phone for her, how could i go about getting that done for her?
...
Bigbmc26

Jan 6, 2007, 1:21 AM
yes to the first question. the second question: that's a tough one, that's why the give you at least 30 days before the rebate has to be post marked. i doubt you can get around that one.

ooohhh, you can try that. but when i worked in the store, we didn't take phones back from telesales or online. they had to go back to the original place of purchase. it may be different in your market though.
