Can someone provide me with some information on Cingular indirects? Does Cingular utilize THE MOBILE SOLUTION as an indirect? Does cingular only utilize Exclusive Indirects?

Just curious... 🤣

I don't know about The Mobile Solution. But I do know that there are indirects out there that are non-exclusive. Although I've seen quite a few that are exclusive.

I'm an exclusive indirect agent. Cingular does allow other agents who are not exclusive or premiere. They just don't get paid as much as we do.

Does Cingular allow indirect agents to have additional contracts for their activations? Example:: When a customer signs up they sign a separate contract with a separate ETF (early termination fee) in addition to the one through Cingular?

We (agents) must do something to secure that we won't suffer from the sale.
