What will Cingular do with TDMA towers?
I think they started phasing them out in my area. Will they convert them to GSM? Convert them to UMTS? Or take them down completely?

Chances are if they were going to convert them, they would have by now. UMTS is being added to existing GSM towers so that's out.
My guess is the one's they didn't upgrade already will be taken down.
