CSR help!!

I've now been on my RAE or my cingular rep for about 3 months about my agent line. I filled out the form and sent it in, but to no avail. I have emailed him 4 times and now my bill is outrageous because he hasn't switched it yet. He states that when it gets changed (if ever) he will back date it the 3 months I've been waiting. However, I refuse to pay the balance till it gets corrected but I don't wanna get disconnected. any help or advice would be great.

My advise - Pay the bill. Collections could couldn't care less about you or your RAE. Then get with your owner and have him/her talk to your RAE and then the markets DOS.

Paid the balance on my account and it is STILL not switched. 4 emails, 2 phone calls, and a phone call to my owner still hasn't gotten him to switch it. Any other channels you think I could go to get this switched??

escalate higher.... ask for people ontop of people
just keep diggin it
they will see NOTES all over it and evetually see that something is wrong
