so i bought an unlocked krzr k1 and i have cingular but cant send mutimedia text messages...i can send plain text messages though. does anyone know how to fix that. cingular customer serivce couldnt help me.

they didn't want to help you, 🤣 you need to get the mms and browser setting loading into the phone. tech support has all that info, you may need to call back and talk to a different rep.

Every Carrier has different WAP settings. I'm guessing you can't get on the internet either? If you can't, go to cingular.com, support, phone/device, select Moto V3, phone device tutorial, Category:Meiad Net, Tutorial:Accessing Browser Settings. Enter the settings and set Media Net as default, or take it to a store and have them do it.

That solution will not work if you can already get on the internet. Maybe that is why Cingular could not help you. They can give you the internet settings but do not have the ability to troubleshoot phones not running their software.
