The Best and The Worst
Best thing about the name change from Cingular to AT&T: Not having to hear customers mispronounce the name as "Singulair". As in "I've been a Singulair customer for 2 whole years, why can't I get a $800 credit for my overages."
Worst thing: The crybaby AT&T Wireless customers will be demanding to have their old AT&T Wireless plans back even though AT&T Wireless is dead and buried and has nothing to do with the New AT&T.
I know I know I sound jaded. I like most customers I talk to everyday but a few get on my last nerve.

At least they are close on the Cingular pronunciation. I get people saying "Horizon Wireless". Which is also close, but I just laugh and correct them.
