Cingular store in Kingston NY

I see signs for a Cingular store opening in Kingston NY, but when I put in that zip code on the website (12401) it tells me it's not part of Cingular's coverage area.

Is Cingular planning on comming into the Ulster/Dutchess County NY area?

i believe the cingular store in Kingston opened last week, either that or today they open...someone from my store left here to go work there. i'm guessing the website just hasnt been updated yet.
