i am a rep currently with AT&T wireless. i just want to know if any reps know if cingular outsources ? thanks in advance for your reply

Are you sure? Every article I've read about outsourcing references jobs going "out" of the country. Anyhow, no, Cingular's call centers are Cingular.. there may be some temps working in some, but no outsourcing.

Yes he's sure... and No, we do not outsource. Whatever the rumor you'll hear or have heard... Cingular has it's own call centers leasing some owning others. The closest we're getting to outsourcing is w/ the merger... but it's actually AT&T doing the outsourcing to help support the call volume.

Heh. That is the rumor we have all heard here at AWS. He was hoping that you DID outsource because alot of AWS Callcenters are not run by AWS they are outsourced to Other companys such as Convergys and a couple others.

the RAZR as of now should be carried. it will carry a hefty price though. whether we carry it or not, i'll be winning one most likely in a contest that Moto is running for cingular reps right now. 😉 😁 😛
by the way, any other cingular reps agree with the fact that the moto incentives kick the ass of the other vendors? 😁
