NYC/NJ (Roaming on AT&T's towers?!?!?!)
I heard that some time this month, we should be able to start roaming on AT&T's towers in NYC/North Jersey/Rockland County.
is that true??

I heard that it will be in the month of October that ATT towers will become available... I am pretty sure with in a month.
The Nokia 6230 is available but it's so expensive that many dealers shy away from it... it's a big phone too... nice featires but expensive... I would not shell out for this phone...

so the towers in NYC/NJ will be opened up the same time they are opened up nationwide??

I just got off the phone with a very knowledgeable rep, and I was told that they are in middle of opening all AT&T towers in the NYC/NJ market, and that NYC/Long Island were already opened to AT&T roaming…
And that it should all be done by the end this month, (and as of now, they are ahead of schedule…..)
