This isn't funny. They released that Unity commercial last night during football, and I've had three people in here today wanting to get on it. The problem is that Cingy doesn't have any tower or market here and if I couldn't sell it last week, I can't sell it this week, no matter what the name of the silly company is. And I'm a RadioShack, so they just assume that I can do this. Geez. I love you guys at ATT so much!

For the last time: AT&T wireless, the company that was swallowed by the company currently known as Cingular (soon to change to AT&T) is dead & gone. Their plans are not coming back, nor are the policies, and the only thing changing at Cingular is the name.
Trust me on this: I used to work for ATTWS, then it was Cingular, and now everyone in my dept has only a very tenuous idea as to whether we're AT&T yet, but we will be for sure very soon. And we're all damn certain it's nothing like 'ol Blue.
There needs to be an autodeleter for posts like that. . .

No its not. ATT landline had years back Liscensed tha name to the company that was ATT wireless, its like the guy who gets a macdonald's franchise, he can use the name but does not own it.
When Cingular bought the "ATT wireless" company the shareholders were bought out and the basically the people who did the plans, ran the company were tossed out, since they did such a piss poor job running it and cingular exec simply absorbed those duties...
