WHATS THE DEAL WITH THE 8525's bluetooth
okay i got my 8525 on the 17th of this month really didnt touch or start fooling with it until the 21st.
as usual i started cutting mp3's into clips to send to the phone via bluetooth.
after i got 7 songs chopped up i paired it with my kensington bt adapter/dongle. it asked me what profiles i wished to share handsfree, serial, and dun. i thought this was strange but i kept on with the process. i went to send the songs via bluetooth and i got a rejection pop up saying the device doesnt support transfering files or pim.
i thought it was my device its self until i tried on a customers.

I am a hard time getting my device to recongnize my bt hands free device all the time, or most of the time...I have gone to using the one it comes with so I can listen to music at work, I bought a 2G memory card.

could be, but i transfer from/to my laptop as well as to my roommate's phone. not sure why he's having a problem.

I dont know why he is having a problem . I have the 8525 and the bluetooth usb kensington. No problems whatsoever tranfering full songs wma or mp3 from the computer or from my 790a. Works fine for me. 🤨

its saying my phone deosnt support pim transfer or file transfer over bluetooth. i also tried a customers and it was the same thing so i know its not just mine.
