I have asked this question before but was not really satified with the answer. My primary phone is a nokia 6340i which is on its last days I am afraid. I have a nokia 7250i which I use while I am in Europe. The 7250 finds signals in the Nashville TN market but when I try and select them it says no access. Does cingular not have roaming agreements with T-mobile or ATT, whoever towers these are that it is finding. It does go to Cingular extend network but with my current GAIT plan I do not have roaming on these. I do understand that they charge me if so many of my calls are on this extend network.
