tmobile did. they bought and wond spectrum and mid 2007 are plans for the 3g. their coverrage will also expand winning that spectrum.

I just hope they can light those towers fast enough to get on par with Cingy/VZW by the beginning of 08..And we'll see them(ATT/VZW actually have to compete on price/service instead of collude.. 😁
