What is the big deal about resellers?

If Wirefly, Best Buy, Let's Talk (and the like) are considered resellers, well then those resellers are signing up post-paid customers too!

The places you mentioned are 'Authorized Agents', not resellers.

A reseller is someone who buys bulk airtime from a Carrier and sells it under their own name. Most of the time they provide their own billing as well. Typically they are a smaller company that operates within a market.

Sometimes also referred to as an MVNO (Mobile Virtual Network Operator), but an MVNO is a larger national company. (Tracfone, Virgin, ESPN, Boost)

As to the original question, I dont know what is wrong with them. Not sure what was asked.

If thats the case then why does cingular include that number in the mobile to mobile category if its another company? Free M2M to Tracfone?

No because it's not billed by Cingular. It's like calling another carrier (but they happen to use the same network)
