Premier Discount

â˜šī¸ My wife lost her job and we are currently getting discount through her work. Will they cut us off discount?

Yes. There's a backend team that goes through & verifies employment. As to the schedule for this, I have no idea - but I do know that such a team is out there. Your discount will fall off eventually.

Of course, unless you call up Business Care and TELL them, you've got a few months. 😉 🙂

Wow, that team must be really slow, because we've been getting our employer dicount for a year after we left the company. They even sent a letter about verifying our employment and we never responded, so they nevee took it off.

Yeah, I have no idea who actually handles that - there are several teams of Process & research that usually handle audit issues like that, but from what I know of them, they're usually busy with equipment charge research. Wouldn't surprise me if it's something they only get around to once or twice a year.

Yeah, I'm pretty sure it isn't that big of a deal with them. I don't really care either way for me. If it goes, it goes and if it stays, it stays. I figure I've gotten a good enough deal for as long as I've had the discount. 🙂

I'll tell you what you should do and why. Call them up at business care and tell them.The reason why is that i've had customers call in, it may take a while but they do catch on and i've had customers that have had the same sitauation.

The corporate sponsor for that discount (microsoft, Texaco, etc..) request that discount money back so they not only remove the FAN sponsorship off, they ...
