Cingular drops Nokia 6620!?!?

Does anyone know definitively if Cingular still plans to offer the 6620? And if so, when is it finally going to be released?

Last week it was on their web site, and now it's not.

The only answer I get from mindless sales reps is "two weeks"; been hearing that for close to 5 months.

i currently use 6620 with attws and its got some cool features however...the battery lasts me about 10 hours, starting in the morning at around 9 am. I hate that when i get off work, my phone is dead or real close to it! Video uses a gob of data and battery.

A few stores did get the phone before Cingular pulled back the date. The Phone has been "officially" been pushed to next week. Maybe Nokia forgot to put the buttons on or something?

I got to hold and play with a dummy model in the store. The phone was SO wide compared to everything out there today. Otherwise, seemed like the keys were placed nicely, and the joystick was more accessible than on my SE T637.

I still want to see the 6230!
