im trying to find out where can i bid on T-MOBILE CARRIER returns, overstock or discontinued phones, i hope someone can help me.
...
as far as I know, on the corporate side all returns are refurbished and used in the warranty exchange program. As for indirect/authorized I'm not sure what they do with their returns. Maybe Jdigital or Muchdrama would have an idea on that?

Ebay 😛
...
I NEVER buy refurbs, so I don't know about that, but when I take back returns I either return them for credit, or if they are basically untouched I will sell that at a discount as an open box item.

whats wrong with refurbs? i consider them better then new
...
You may be right, but its a combination of things. First, there are a lot of shady refurb places out there who don't do a particularly good job, and if you aren't careful you can get really screwed. Second, the customer perception many times is that you must be shady if you are trying to pass off refurbs on them. I don't want that kind of reputation.

Maybe the ones you get through the direct sales channel, but there are a ton of refurbs floating around out there that are done privately.

hmmmm so you are saying that the MFG of a phone outsources to do refurbs?
...
No, I'm saying that there are tons of refurbishers out there who buy up handsets where ever they can find them for cheap and then resell them themselves. Some of them do a good job, some don't. It's just hard to find somebody that is trustworthy.

Sorry Jdigital, I wasn't insinuating that you do . Just that you may have access to info on who does actually sell them, we don't get that type of info on the corporate side.
