Sidekick Unlimited Data Overseas Question...
Hi, currently I am a rep for Verizon Wireless through an auth. agent. I know about VZW and how they work and everything and would not leave them unless I really thought there would be some advantage and I want to know if there is one.
My question is this, I know if I went with T-Mobile and had a Family Share plan with two Sidekick II's, one for me and one for the wife, both with unlimited data for $20.00 - If I was in Europe or some coverage area where it was going to be .99 cents or more to make a call - would we be charged anything extra for me tx t msg'ing from Europe and her back to me? I assume no...
Taking it further, would I be able to check my email without a .99 cents per minute fee? Also, what about getting onto AIM I assum...

Well this is the deal $.35 to send and receive a text while roaming overseas your wifes would just come out of the bucket that she has. this would include AIM as well since its a text. Data would be considerably more International GPRS roaming, with the exception of Canada, will cost $15 per MB (= $0.015 per KB). Roaming in Canada on Microcell's GPRS network will cost $10 per MB (= $0.01per KB). and since a sidekick has continuous connection, that would be ALOT of money. I think i'm pretty much correct on this one but any other T-mob reps and give there 2 cents

yes you would be subject to any international data roaming/txt messaging charges
