MyFaves & An Old Phone
I have the family MyFaves plan. My phone is dead and I won't get a replacement for a week. Can I use a non-MyFaves phone? If I call one of my Faves, is it a free call or do I get charged minutes? Thanks

As long as your new phone is going to be a MyFaves phone you'll be fine. You won't see the little bubbles on your screen but you can still call your faves with no worries about minutes. What you can't do is continue to use a non-faves phone on a faves plan for a prolonged period of time because customer care can change your rate plan to a non-faves plan using that as the reason.
