I work in Tech. I love 291. I hated being in CC b/c unless I said "credit" the customer never understood what I said when explaining their bill. I'm in PDA and BB now (again) and I'm not loving it. Some people love this queue. Working for T-Mo in general is pretty awesome. Great plan discount, excellent benefits, and tons of recognition. I have won, no joke, a 52" HD TV. I've also won little things like a mini TV, DVDs, gift cards, that kind of thing. Not too long ago, they gave every single rep in the call centers FREE phones. My call center got the Pearl Gray RAZR. What is your call center code? 37? 03?
