Hi,
I am trying to register on my tmobile but I dont have my phone with me. it says that the password is sent to the handset. is there an initial generic password at first? I just need to check my bill and stuff online..cant use the phone for personal here.

nope got to have the phone it may be possible for customer care to do it but dont bet on that one

nope even when customer care does it, they still need the password that gets sent to your phone.

ive done that for a few customers create my tmobile for them.

My understanding is that that is no longer allowed.

It is true but if the password that we send them isn't working and they can't get in to the account, then there is an exception.
