Working for T-mobile Indirect
I just wanted to know alittle bit about the way they treat there indirect agents. We were with Cingular, (who treats there indirect like crap) and they would just ignore our requests, late on phone orders, many more. T-mobile is telling us they want us to be a main contributer to the indirect market in the phila market. They are giving us a bunch of spifs. But i was really wondering what we should expect from tmobile.

as long as you are not in a store called "The mobile solution"... I wish you the best... My expierence with T-mob has been really great here in the DC/Northern VA area... at least the reps here are pretty cool they always want to know how they can help you sale more phones and seem to take a genuine intrests in your opinoins, and feedback that you give them.. now if you are in a "TMS" store... run fast and run quickly...

Thanks man, Nah i heard about TMS from reading these boards. I can safely say im not TMS. Hi End Technology for me... a small company with cingular, jumping ship and hookin up with t-mobile to expand the business. Do you work indirect? with cingular we actually had a kiosk in the same shopping center that was corporate that would slander our store, telling everyone we were frauds and stuff, needless to say how bad cingular treats there indirect, we were crushing him. What kinda spifs should i expect to see. We got offered a MyFav Credit Card for every Myfav plan we sell $10 get put on the card to spend whereever.

I work for an indirect in northern VA... yea just know that you have to sell 10myfave to get paid... and they will try not to pay you by claiming sims are inactive...
