For anyone that is thinking of leaving T-Mobile read on....just wanted to say that I am back with T-Mobile. I did my tour of carrier hopping and decided T-Mobile is still my best fit. I left about 3 weeks ago and went to Sprint for only 3 days...What a bad experience that was!! Then I jumped to Verizon for a week and a half and they were only soso in my opinion. Finally went to Cingular/ATT and they have such crappy CS. The wait times are ridiculous for all of them. T-Mobile CS still rocks as far as wait time goes. I am back on my original plan of 1500 mins unlimited N/W. I may switch to my faves 1000 though. Not sure yet. Or, I just may add on Unlimited mob to mob for 6.99. Have to wait and see. Just happy to be back!

I could tell, based on what freeway I took, when I'd be able to use my phone. And the customer service... well... they were terrible even then.

Got T-mobile when I went to work for them- Had AWESOME service. Had signal everywhere I went, loved the Sim card option b/c I could switch between my employee phn and my personal phone. Customer s...

Or you could do both. One thing I don't think people realize about myFaves compared to T-Mobile to T-Mobile is you don't always know whether or not a phone number is going to count as mobmob, especially if you're into meeting a lot of new people but myFaves, you always know which 5 you have.
