Nokia 6133 questions about converting mp3 to mxmf and some aac questions
Can anyone explain how I can get my mp3's to convert to mxmf so I can use it on my Nokia 6133 as a ringtone? I am trying to send the files via bluetooth. They send fine but dont play. The AAC files arent even playable on the phone after they transfer. I also was using Nokia PC Suite to convert some tones to aac but it is not allowing it to be used as a ringtone on the 6133. If none of this is possible can anyone tell me WHAT is possible to get my tones to work as ringtones on the 6133. I have tried to find a simple program that convers mp3 to mxmf but that is not becomming to successful. Any help is appreciated. What options do I have?

i had problems with mp3 since the phone won't play it. the phone does play wma files as ringtons.
just send the wma file via bluetooth and it is done.

just log into my-tmobile...and the click download and when you select a song to play rigt click, and in properties copy the address and then send it to yourself as a text and then from that text go to the link and you can use that download it for free...it will bypass that security code

Wow!!!!! You were absolutely right. It absoloutely did work. Thank you so much for the insight. You saved me many hours of continous aggrevation 🙂 All I had to do was convert it from mp3 to wma and send it via bluetooth like you said. I am happy now. Thanks again!!!!

Forget it.
If you have a 6133 from Tmobile like I do, you can get the best of both worlds.
Step 1) Send the phone to iunlock (iunlock.com)and they will flash it with unbranded nokia software. This removes all Tmobile restrictions and you can use opera mini browser, you can use mp3's as ringtones like the good lord intended us to.
Step 2) Go to nokiausa.com and have Tmobile settings sent.
This works great because now you can do anything you want with the phone AND Tmobile still sees it as one of its own, so you can still download stuff from tzones.

Thanks but no need to "forget it" as last poster suggested all I have to do is convert to wma and it works. No need to send it anywhere. Thanks for the suggestion though.
