Emploee Benefits?
Hey i saw a now hiring sign up at t-mobile and am thinking about applying but i was curious about the benefits. I keep hearing about how good the benefits are and that there is an employee plan and all that but no concrete information.
Things I'm most curious about-
Employee plan price
How many employee plans you can have
How much phones cost with the employee plan
price just to buy a phone with no contract
Commission %
ummm anything else that you see as a great benefit

more important question...is it a direct corporate store? or an indirect store?

lol yeah i probably don't wanna do that **** if i do apply. But it is a direct corporate store. Not a little mall stand or something.

if its corporate then the benefits are awesome medical, school, and phone plan can't really go into detail but they are awesome compared to most places I have worked the phone plan could use some tweaking but its made up for by the sales contest to win free phones and such ive won well over 15 phones you should go for it 😁 hope this helps some

I was employed there about a year ago! Super excellent benefits and they did have Tuition reimbursement when I worked there. The health insurance was awesome along w/ other benefits. Time off was acceptable as well. T-Mobile was a great company to work for just remember if you are applying for a retail position that you will be working retail hours and holidays. That's one of the reasons I left. Would I go back? YOU BET! Enjoy!
